Use Elevations Correctly (Don’t Fake Elevations With Sections)
Real elevations — not sections pretending to be elevations.
- If you need a façade view, use Elevation, not a section placed far away.
- Create an elevation:
- Place an Elevation marker aligned to the target wall.
- Adjust the elevation extents:
- Drag the elevation crop boundaries and depth so the correct area is included.
- Understand behavior:
- Elevations behave like a type of section, but should remain categorized as Elevation for proper control and documentation standards.
